7-day return and exchange support

Contact Prexo within 7 days of delivery if you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or a product with a confirmed fault. Keep the original packaging and included accessories.

Used or physically damaged items are not eligible unless the issue was present when delivered. Support will confirm eligibility and return instructions before the item is sent back. Refunds or exchanges are processed after the returned item is inspected.
