Delivery Policy
Prexo currently delivers within Pakistan only. Delivery is free across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days after order confirmation. Delivery time can vary by city, courier service and public holidays.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Customers should provide a correct name, phone number and complete delivery address. Prexo may confirm an order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
Contact Prexo within 7 days of delivery if you receive the wrong item, a damaged item or a product with a confirmed fault. The item should be returned with its original packaging and included accessories. Used or physically damaged items are not eligible unless the issue was present when delivered.
